Fred Merrill, EA

Fred has spent the past 29 years providing accounting solutions to small businesses.  He understands that you have more on your mind than taxes and financial statements.  With that in mind, he will visit your workplace to gain a clear understanding of your business, your goals and the challenges you face. 

“I came to the accounting field right out of UNH,” Fred says. “It is the only professional career I’ve ever had.”

And those ever-changing tax codes?  Fred will make sense of it all and notify you of any changes that affect the way you do business.  That way, you can do what you do best – run your business.

As an Enrolled Agent, Fred is certified to practice before the Internal Revenue Service.  That means he is well qualified to negotiate and represent your best interest with the IRS.   He is a member of the National Society of Accountants and a former member of the Derry Rotary Club.

His vision for P&M online is that clients can treat his firm like an on-call Chief Financial Officer. “Someone,” Fred says, “that they can call on for a variety of finance and planning issues, not just accounting and tax work.”
